Galveston Cruise Parking Arrival

You will pull up to the front gate, we have a man there to check and make sure that you have a reservation with us. If you do have a reservation he will tell you were to go to get checked in. If you do not have a reservation he will let you know if we have availability or not, give you the prices and send you to the booth to pay for your parking and get checked in. if you paid for a car cover you will receive a slip form the cashier to give to the parking staff for them to cover your vehicle. Once you are checked in and have your tickets on your dash, we have parking staff there to show you where to park. If you paid for a car cover you will give the slip to the parking staff, and they will get your vehicle covered.

Park and Shuttle Option- After you have gotten parked and the proper tickets on your dash you will unload your luggage from your vehicle and walk to the shuttle zone( there is a shuttle zone in each of our parking lots.) We have our staff there to get your luggage loaded onto the shuttle. Our shuttle runs every 30 minutes or as soon as they are full, the average wait time for a shuttle is about 10-15 minutes.
