Dear Jason – As always, I greatly appreciate the wonderful service your company offers me and my clients. I know when they park at your facility, all will be well and there will be no unpleasant surprises to foil their vacation. It is so kind of you to offer travel agents free parking and I truly thank you for that as it saves me money when I travel with my groups. I recently had a group (January 19, 2014) sailing from Galveston for a week to Belize on the Carnival Magic. Many of our group were staying in Galveston and parking at the hotel, but a few took my advise and used one of the coupons you provided and parked at EZ Cruise in Galveston. One of those folks just contacted me this week with a story I felt you should hear. I do not participate in “social media” due to past problems, but still wanted you to know about this and give you permission to use my name and story if you wish in your social circles.

They said they parked in the lot and were taken to the ship and delivered with no problems. When they returned, they were pleased to find one of your vans ready to load them and their luggage waiting at the dock so their transport back to their vehicle was quick. Unfortunately, as they approached their vehicle, the husband said “Look, the window has been broken on the car”. However, when the reached the car, they found that the covering they saw was not for a broken window, but in fact to protect their vehicle from the weather as the driver has forgotten to put the window up before leaving the vehicle. It seems your wonderful folks took the time and effort to cover the open area to protect it from the rains we had during the week so my client returned to find his car dry and safe instead of soaked. They were very impressed and said they would definitely be telling all their friends about the incident and recommending EZ Cruise to others in the

As I have been lucky enough to do business with you for years, this wonderful above and beyond service does not surprise me at all but simply makes me look good to my clients as I recommended you. Thank your folks for their usual incredible service. We will continue to recommend EZ Cruise both in Galveston and when booking out of Bay Port.
