There is a $25.00 fee for cancellations made up 48 hours prior to your reservation. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 48 hours of your reservations. Customers must send notice of intent to cancel parking to manager@ezcruiseparking.com. Once your claim has been filed, the refund shall be processed within 3 (three) working days. Refunds shall be applied to the original payment unless otherwise notified. (Refunds typically take 7 to 10 days from processing, depending upon your bank.) No refunds for denied boarding.
Customers can purchase Cancellation Insurance at the time of this reservation. Cancellation insurance is available for $4.95 per transaction. Cancellation insurance is NOT refundable. With the purchase of cancellation insurance, all other fees associated with Port Parking are fully refundable at any time prior to the time of the reservation. Cancellation insurance does not apply to cancellations due to customers being denied boarding by the Cruiseliners.

The agreement for this transaction shall be construed under and in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, and all obligations of the parties created herein are performable in Galveston County, Texas.
