At EZ Cruise Parking, we provide Handicap Parking just a short walk from our shuttle zone. At your request, we help with luggage to and from the shuttle zone. Please alert the cashier of your parking needs at the time of your arrival. Handicap Parking is offered on a first arrival basis.
EZ Cruise Parking shuttles are outfitted with platform lifts to accommodate cruisers with limited or restricted mobility. Customers in need of our lift will be greeted by a team member qualified in operating the lift equipment and transporting wheelchairs, scooters, and other mobility gear securely to the cruise terminals. At EZ Cruise Parking, we want to ensure each Cruiser a comfortable and seamless transition from the parking facility to the Port of Galveston Cruise Terminals. Please make the cashier aware of any assistance you require when you check in with your parking confirmation.
No, cruisers in need of handicap parking/shuttle accommodations should book their parking per the usual reservation process on the EZ Cruise Parking website. Please note, customers should alert the cashier at check-in of any necessary parking accommodations
